Mrs. Molly Wolfe-Koehler
It is such a privilege to be a part of the High Ability Learner team for Bellevue Public Schools! I work closely with Mrs. Ediger, Mrs. Klone, Mrs. Steinke and Mrs. Stukenholtz to develop services that meet the needs of our HAL students at the elementary and middle schools. I also partner with teachers at both high schools to help prepare our HAL students for their post secondary lives. No two days are alike! My aspirations to be a teacher began in elementary school. After graduating from Creighton University in 1995, I spent the next 12 years at Avery Elementary teaching both 6th and 3rd grades. After our third son, Truman, joined his big brothers Ethon and Nolan, I stepped away from the classroom temporarily. I spent four years volunteering at Wake Robin and Bellevue Elementary followed by four years as the director of Welcome School Preschool. During that time, our youngest daughter, Quinlan, was born. I returned to Bellevue Public Schools in August of 2015 as an elementary HAL teacher and transitioned into my current role as K-12 District HAL Facilitator the following year. I am currently working toward my Master of Education degree through Midland University.
Most days I can be found traveling between buildings, jumping into the business of teaching and learning wherever I can! Please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
